Caring for your Aptos

To clean your Aptos, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Aptos in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Beautiful colors

I love the colors and, as with all of my Xero shoes, high quality construction. I’ll have to wait for more weight loss to wear them because there’s not enough give in the opening to fit my foot in. Looking forward to wearing them because they match one of my outfits.

My everyday go-to shoe

So comfortable and cute looking! Unfortunately on the first pair I bought the elastic on the sides became “rippled” and stretched after a few months. Customer service responded quickly and sent me a new pair. Hope these work out better. These are my 5th paor of Xeros and the others have held up very well!

Big toes scuff right off

Very lightweight, easy to slip on, I like them and have worn them almost exclusively for 11 months. I ordered a half size bigger than I usually wear, yet they are still very tight and my toes are touching the end of the shoe. I consider myself to have normal to narrow feet, so I can’t imagine a wide foot fitting in these at all when ordered half a size bigger. Maybe a whole size bigger would have been better. Maybe because the fit was so tight, I scuffed my big toes on the ground every once in a while and it wore away the top layer of the shoe very quickly right there. I’ve been wearing them even though they are ****. I have been wondering if it’s possible to add embroidery or something to cover them and make them interesting because the bottoms and rest of the shoe still have a lot of life left. Overall, I won’t buy the aptos model again, but I will make do with what I have.
